Podczas dwóch codziennych treningów po 1,5 godz. uczestnicy doskonalić będą: na macie – technikę indywidualną JUDO, elementy GIMNASTYKI, zdolności motoryczne takie jak wytrzymałość, siła i szybkość poprzez ćwiczenia z partnerem,poza matą przeprowadzone zostaną treningi biegowe i gry zespołowe ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności motorycznych takich jak wytrzymałość, siła i szybkość poprzez biegi krótkie i długie, ćwiczenia siły.
